This homemade hemp granola is super healthy and slightly sweet. Toss it on smoothie bowls, vegan ice cream, or straight into your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 1 C gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ C hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ C brown rice syrup or coconut nectar
  • ¼ C maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then stir in brown rice syrup and maple syrup until everything is coated evenly. 
  • Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 25 minutes, flipping once or twice through baking.
